North Way Christian Community is seeking a full-time Operations Director for our multi-site church. The Operations Director directs, leads, and develops all aspects of operations within North Way, including but not limited to safety and security, risk management, coordinating outside vendors and legal counsel, operations policies and compliance, while providing leadership and specific task support to the operations and business functions of North Way Christian Community.

The function of the Worship Arts Coordinator is to aid the Worship Arts Pastors and Directors in scheduling administrative duties, coordinating and facilitating all worship services and special events, and assisting the team in all the day-to-day functions of the WA Department and its volunteers.

The Senior Accountant position is a leadership role for the technical accounting process, responsible for the accurate recording of financial transactions, reconciliations, oversight of Accounts Payable invoicing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations; Prepares financial statements and validates the accuracy of those statements; Charged with the responsibility of precise execution and administration of the ministry’s financial position in accordance with general accounting standards, and the core values of Transformation Church.

The Communications Supervisor is ultimately responsible for the successes of various marketing and communication campaigns for Harvest Christian Fellowship.
