The Communications Supervisor is ultimately responsible for the successes of various marketing and communication campaigns for Harvest Christian Fellowship. Those campaigns include social media, email communication, digital and traditional advertising, print deliverables, and ChMS management. The Communications Supervisor regularly supervises staff, provides management to the department, and provides input into job status (hiring, firing, promotions, and assignments). The Communications Supervisor also oversees and helps to grow and better define the ChMS management process for Harvest Christian Fellowship through the use of defined workflows and communications that help to aid Harvest in qualitative growth. In addition, the ChMS, the Communications Supervisor will manage and report on KPI’s for Church Health. The Communications Supervisor also oversees the promotion of all A, B, and C level events/ministries as defined by the Administrative team and Director of Communications. They serve with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Harvest’s culture, values, and mission.
