Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling in to this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities. The minimum qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Minimum 7-years of experience in business operations, or similar role; preference to experience in non-profit organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac-based products
- Background checks must be current
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
