Worship Pastor
The Worship Leader will serve as one of the Pastors at Eastside Baptist Church.
Our Pastors serve together, ministering alongside one another to meet the needs of those connected to
Eastside while working to create and maintain a strong, healthy, evangelistic, and loving church-family
environment. As a result, there is no “job,” “duty,” or “responsibility” that is “beneath” or “off-limits” to
any of the pastoral staff; after all, the best leaders are servant-leaders.
