SK Program Team Associate Copy

Our Hong Kong campus has an opening for a full-time Team Associate who will support the church by providing administrative and operational assistance to the Membership 101 Small Groups Ministry. This position may require working weekends.

Primary Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the Membership 101 Pastor, Community, and Small Group Leaders
• Ensure leaders have tools such as videos, curriculum, etc. for effective ministry
• Provide support to Community Leaders (CLs) and Hosts in the Group Management (GM) System
• Provide administrative support to CLs and Small Group Pastor
• Data entry and collection; compile reports for Lake Forest Small Groups
• All other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills (Mac & PC)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Quick learner; dependable
• Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, Church leaders, and volunteers
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• An understanding of Saddleback Church and its values and culture
• Fluent in English
