Saddleback Church Hong Kong is looking for a Saddleback Kids (SK) Program Team Associate to help us with our growing Children’s Ministry. This 20 hour per week position will assist the SK Director by serving the children and volunteers within the church and community.
Primary Duties
• Managing and purchasing resources for SK classes and events
• Ensure SK area and classrooms are cleaned regularly
• Managing volunteer data and communications
• Curriculum preparation for weekend and Kids Small Groups (KSG) programs such as printed materials, digital media, and teaching tools
• Support volunteer leader training process
• Event support – SK weekends, KSG, team and community events
• Social media support – postings on social media, photos, videos, etc.
Experience needed
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Heart and understanding of young children
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience coordinating multiple events
• Ability to manage details through to completion
• A flexible approach to changing priorities and duties
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Early Sunday mornings and some weeknight hours required
• An understanding of Saddleback Church and its culture and values
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
