This position is on-campus only (not remote)
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Help provide a safe environment during weekend services and events
- Partner with the Children’s Ministry (Saddleback Kids) to ensure a safe environment for kids and to give parents peace of mind
- Respond to ministry needs and emergencies
- Care for lost and distressed people
- Patrol campus to secure buildings and valuable property
- Field questions from guests
- Log and report activities of the day
- Perform other related duties as assigned
WHO YOU ARE:
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with and as a team
- A heart to serve God and others
- Ability to think clearly and make sound decisions
- Flexible approach to changing priorities and duties
- Must be able to work independently without supervision
- Basic computer skills
- A valid CA driver’s license
- An understanding of Saddleback Church and its culture and values
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Physically able to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Saddleback Church’s pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity, along with budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. Pay will be provided at $18.00 per hour. We will provide a pay rate that is within our salary structure and that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job.
