Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities. The additional minimum qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma (or equivalent) required; College degree, additional training/certifications strongly preferred
- Extensive experience integrating, maintaining, repairing, and networking AVL equipment
- Experience working in a church production environment preferred
- Proven experience in building, leading, and enabling teams in a church environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Apple-based platforms
- Proven ability to stay calm and bring peace to others during stressful and/or demanding situations
- Experience with Shure, Allen Heath D-live, Dante, Vista lighting, Ableton, Pro-Presenter
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Background checks must be current
