Print/Production Technician

North Way Christian Community is seeking a part-time Print/Production Technician (25 hours/week). This position serves on the Creative Team and is responsible for all printing and production details associated with campus and ministry projects while ensuring an environment that empowers and encourages ministry to expand God’s Kingdom. Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities.

The additional qualifications for this position include:

• Associates degree in related field or two years equivalent experience
• Prepress and graphic design experience strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Ability to operate tools and equipment used in print shop
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows-based and Apple-based products
• Proficient with design/print programs
• Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
• Background clearances must be current
