Kids Ministry Director

Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities. The additional minimum qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or five years equivalent experience
• Experience in Kids Ministry or similar/related field preferred
• Demonstrated volunteer recruitment and leadership development experience
• Understanding of Orange family ministry philosophy and curriculum preferred
• Proven experience in building, leading, and enabling teams in a church environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Apple-based products
• Strong communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Background checks must be current
