Kids/Autism Ministry Coordinator

North Way Christian Community is seeking a Kids/Autism Ministry Coordinator (30hrs/wk) for our Sewickley Valley campus. The Kids/Autism Ministry Coordinator is organized and exemplifies strong relational qualities with students, kids, parents, and volunteers to help people connect to North Way and develop as disciples of Christ. This position will coordinate, organize, and assist the Kids and Autism Ministry Director in executing all aspects of the ministries at the Sewickley Valley Campus while also ensuring an environment that empowers and encourages ministry to expand God’s Kingdom.

QUALIFICATIONS

Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities.

The minimum qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in Kids Ministry or similar/related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based and/or Mac-based products
  • Must be CPR/First Aid Certified
  • Background clearances must be current

In addition, the professional qualities for this position are collaborative, organized, innovative, ministry minded, experienced communicator, and servant leader.
