The full-time Campus Experience Coordinator position is at the center of the weekend services and mid-week events at Saddleback Hong Kong, mobilizing volunteers, managing facilities, and creating a welcoming space for Saddleback Church members and visitors. This involves weekend work time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Coordinate on-campus logistics with staff teams and outside vendors
- Support the needs of ministries and teams hosting conferences and events
- Recruit, develop, and encourage volunteers
- Gracefully troubleshoot obstacles that arise during events
WHO YOU ARE:
- Passionate about creating welcoming spaces
- Prior experience in event coordination, even as a volunteer
- Excellent communicator
- Advanced computer skills (Mac & PC), especially with Office programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage shifting priorities
- An understanding of Saddleback Church and its culture and values
